89/100. (this old spelling of Bougros is used only for the U.S. market) Plae yellow-green. Musky, complex nose offers lemon verbena, peach and spicy oak. Large-scaled, rich and thick but quite tight in the middle and surprising dry; I picked up a hint of banana. This very broad, chewy wine is made in a throwback style. This will need some time in bottle to fill in. "Our big boy," notes François Servin, adding that this wine has gotten more powerful since 2005. "In the past, Chablis was a wine with more volume and less finesse," he noted.

NOTE de 14,5 : Très bon vin. Vin rond, puissant et gras. Longueur sublime. Arômes du terroir complexes et évolutifs. Savoir attendre pour bénéficier de sa richesse.

89/100. Robe jaune clair. Nez fin qui s'ouvre à l'aération sur de délicates notes minérales, grillées, touche de champignon frais. En bouche des qualités d'ampleur, de soyeux, de fraîcheur. L'ensemble est aérien, long. Un millésime plein de charme.
