89-91/100. Pale yellow. Nuanced nose combines sexy pineapple, wild herbs and white pepper. Juicy, intense and suave, with lovely citrus and white peach flavors given shape and spine by mineral-driven lemony acidity. Essentially easygoing in the style of the vintage but finishes with a piquant note of orange skin.

90-92/100. Bright citrus, lemon peel and tangerine notes emerge from the 2013 Chablis Vaillons. One of the more energetic, vibrant 1er Crus at Servin in 2013, the Vaillons stands out for its nuance and crystalline precision.
