89-92/100. (this wine went through alcoholic and malolactic fermentation--and subsequent aging--entirely in barrels, a few of them new): Pale green color. Aromas of lime zest and powdered stone are accompanied but not overwhelmed by smoky oak. Large-scaled and voluminous, with fresh apricot and citrus fruit flavors given power by the wine's oak element. A bit aggressive following the premier crus here but still lively and fresh. Finishes with very
good dusty persistence.
