87-89/100. (just the third vintage for this wine from 42-year-old vines that Servin purchased in 2012): Pale, bright yellow-green. Reticent, brisk aromas of tangy mandarin orange, spearmint and crushed stone. Pliant and easygoing, with soft citrus fruit flavors leading to a classically dry finish with a lingering element of dusty stone. Showing more early fruit density and generosity of texture than the Vaillons.

Toute la tension du terroir dans cette jolie bouteille. Le nez est d’une grande fraîcheur, très minéral et fruité (zeste de citron). Une fraîcheur qui s’installe aussi en bouche dans le sillage d’une acidité très fine. Un vin racé et nerveux.
