90-92/100. (vinified and raised entirely in barrels, none new): Bright yellow. Plenty of spicy oak on the nose but nicely supported by fresh, high-pitched lemon drop, pineapple and dusty stone aromas.
Concentrated, rich and savory, conveying an attractive tangy quality to its yellow peach and stony mineral flavors. Still on the soft side but with ripe balancing acidity contributing to its early appeal.
