89-90/100. (70% aging in tank and 30% in older barrels): Deep stone fruit aromas lifted by ginger and lime. Broad and dry in the mouth, with healthy acidity tightening the flavors of ripe peach, pineapple, ginger and lichee. Finishes with subtle mounting length and dusty grip. Less generous than the Pargues but in a classic Chablis way: I might have mistaken this for a 2014.
